From Gabe's friend

I’m finding that there are profound moments along the way here in language school. Times when you really get to put some things together and start to ask the big questions. Today, I had one of those moments. As I was putting some new vocabulary together and going over it with my tutor, I finally mustered up the courage to ask a big question. Here’s how it went down:

Blake (in Chinese): Tutor, do you like to boil your donkey?

Tutor (in English): Blake, I think there are some questions you ask that I don’t have to answer.

From there we just broke out into hysterical laughter.

PS I mean, I know how to say “Do you like to boil your donkey?” I’m set. Such an icebreaker.
